This place is situated right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to hop on public transport. the rooms are spacious and modern, equipped with their own bathrooms.

Clean and the staff was outstandingly accommodating. We have booked comfort double room with bathrooms for 1 night. The breakfast was good and included.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice location, very clean. You can use Euro to pay as well. Wireless internet connection was good.

Basic things like shampoo was missing. No fan or AC. Not having a TV in the room when you have kids is a big challange.

location: the hotel was really close to bus stop, the baar train station and a couple of good places to eat and zug town centre. soup restaurant giraffe stop was located 20 minutes walk away. the room was cheap and airy with bathrooms, i really enjoyed it.

The room was fairly quiet and included shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. Had a very central location in the region. the breakfast was good. the check-in was quick.

Clean. Quiet. Friendly. Speaks French which is rare these days in that part of the country...

Great choice for business trip. Fairly clean place with amicable staff. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Early check-in, parking onsite. Location a short walk to the train station, supermarkets, and restaurants. Convenient access to the center of Zug and public transport into town, as well as Zug old town. Dialoghotel Eckstein in Zug is an excellent option for business travelers. the hotel offers cleanliness and friendly service, a delicious breakfast selection, early check-in, and convenient on-site parking. Its location within walking distance to the train station, supermarkets, restaurants, and Zug's center, as well as easy access to public transport, including Zug old town.

Functional, quite room, clean, freindly and the cheapest I could find

Cutlery was dificult to find for breakfast.

Lovely staff for a peaceful place! Ideal if you do not care about amenities like TV, radio and minibar, but you want to feel at home in Baar. Self-service breakfast was very good and free-of-charge wireless internet connection works everywhere in the premises.

There are renovation works in progress until the end of February 2011 but the noise does not reach the bedrooms.

The Dialoghotel Eckstein in Zug is a quiet property located in the Baar district, near the city center and with the main train station, bus station right in front of the door, and a bus stop nearby. the comfort double room is airy and spacious.

Ok for a budget hotel. Clean, well-lit room. Walking distance to 2 or 3 restaurants. Free internet, free parking.

No tv anywhere! The hotel has no sign "Hotel", just Eckstein, so you can stand right in front of it and wonder "Is this the hotel?" Double beds are 2 separate beds. Bed cover too hot for summer, should have thinner cover. No air conditioning, should have at least a fan.

I could not find the balanced cuisine they are talking about and after 12 hrs in the car it is rather disappointing to have to go out for supper. No TV in the room to relaxe a bit. Breakfast poor and in an area that makes you uncomfortable
